readymade international　から発売されたECD Diaryも好調なECDの95年の作品。
四街道 北澤、キミドリ ISHIGURO、クボタタケシ、You The Rock にTwiggyと
豪華メンバーを迎えての3rdアルバム。
中でも、'今夜はブギ-バック'をパロったDo The Boogie Back なんかも面白かも

95年にリリースされたECDのcutting edge移籍第一弾にして、彼の通算3枚目のアルバム。スチャダラパーの「今夜はブギーバック」のアンサーソング「DO THE BOOGIE BACK」や、笠井紀美子ネタの和製G-Funk「バイブレーション」(プロデュースはDS455のDJ PMX！)、クボタタケシのセンスが爆発した「いっそ感電死」、当時の日本語ラップシーンのテーマ曲とも言えるクラシック「マス対コア」(プロデュースは高木完！ゲストはTWIGY＆You The Rock！)等、名曲がズラリ。

「ロンリーガール」だけがECDじゃないZE！
