keikoさんの張りのある伸びやかな声が好きです。最近また、彼女の声が聞きたくて
購入しました。栄枯盛衰は世の常ですが、このまま二人、うもれてしまうのは
勿体ないです。悔い改めるべきは改めて、また再出発して欲しい。素人なので
他の人みたいに音楽的などうこうはわかりません、
でも、蘊蓄なんてどうでもいいのです。ただ、keikoさんの素晴らしい声をまた聞きたいです。

恋の歌なんだけど、
サウンドからはもっと深いテーマを感じさせる、
現代社会曲。

時代の焦燥感の中で、
人恋しいと思う現代人の、
恋や愛を求め、悩み、彷徨い、溺れ、
でもそこに救いを求めようとする、
現代社会の求道的な曲のように聴こえてくるんです。

単に誰かが好きだとかふられたとかではなく、
こんな時代、こんな社会だからこそ、
裏切られても人を求め続けてしまうみたいな、
人間の宿命を歌ったような、実に奥深い曲で、
でも音楽的には聴き心地がよいので、
大好きな曲の１つです。

　10年前に発売されたglobeのCD。globe全盛期の頃と言ってもいい。最近になって急に聴きたくなった。それはやはり，このアルバムの完成度が高いという何よりの証拠なのだろう。好きな曲は「Watching everything」「Open Wide」「creatures」の３曲。特に「Open Wide」の曲から伝わる「切なさ」というのは，たまらない。「小さな部屋が大きく思えて あなたが　ああ　遠い」。思いがけず孤独を感じたとき，愛しい人のことを思い出し，もうあの頃には戻れないという思いが，深い共感を呼ぶ。「Watching everything」は，KEIKOの乱暴な歌い方がとても印象的だ。「creatures」は小室哲哉らしい，勢いのある曲。シーケンス・フレーズが耳に残る。アルバム全体としては，尖った音をほとんど使わずに，全体的にゆったりとしたまろやかな印象を受ける。それらの曲調の中で，人の心を非常に上手く描写している。だから，ずっと聴いていられるアルバムになったのだろう。
