この曲を聴いていると本当にバブル絶頂の頃の曲だなと思います。でも、聴いていてパワーはでます。いつの時代でも元気を与えてくれる曲を聴きたいなと思います。名曲ぞろいです。

９４-９６年辺りは、音楽界において小室抜きでは語れない所謂、小室ブームが巻き起こっていたが、その中でも小室ブームの先駆的アーティストであり、中心を陣取っていたのはTRFだったのではないだろうか？華原・GLOBE・観月・篠原等挙げたら限が無いのだが、リリースの曲数やインパクトはやはりTRFが印象的だった。

TRFのデビュー曲EZ　TO　DANCEリリースは９３年６月で勿論小室ブームはまだ到来しておらづ、ZARD・WAMDS等のBEINGブームが吹き荒れていた時代だった。そんな中ではあったけど巷の有線で流れたこの曲を始めて聞いたときは良かれ悪かれは別として今までに聞いたことのなりメロディーとリズムが只管耳に残っていた記憶がある。小室作曲独特のフレーズの語尾の音程をわざとづらす手法や当時珍しかった打ち込み系サウンドはインパクトを語るには十分過ぎた。

また同じく当時は珍しかったスクラッチ系のDJや歌唱抜きのハウスダンス専門パートを設けたり何かと斬新な多面性も多く持っていて、歌唱以外のパフォーマンス性という新たな光を邦楽界に投げた功績も大きかった。
ジュリアナブームは下火になってきた時代ではあったが、まだダンスサウンドは一部の若者のジャンルに過ぎなかったがTRFはダンスサウンドでありながら、BOY　MEETS　のようなカジュアルな歌詞を歌うことで少年少女でさえも気軽にダンスサウンドに接触できるこのジャンルの底上げと事実上の市民権獲得にも寄与した位の功績があるかもしれない。

とにかくTRFを聞くと当時の記憶を呼び起こさせるだけのインパクトをもっている。

TRFをあんまり聴いたことがないという人に是非おすすめしたいです。
当時私は中学生か小学生ぐらいでしたが
周りの音楽好きの友達とよく聴いていました。
もう10年近く前のグループですが古さを感じさせませんよ。

オススメは
Disk One
02.「Silver and Gold Dance」
妖艶な魅力を放つダンスナンバー。

03.「EZ DO DANCE」
初めてTRFを聴いた時の曲です。アップテンポですごい元気がでます。

09.「survival dAnce ~no no cry more~」
EZ DO DANCEと並べて私がTRFが好きになったきっかけの曲です。

10.「Overnight Sensation~時代はあなたに委ねてる~」
TRFの中期頃の曲です。

11.「TRUTH' 94」
Disk One 唯一のスローバラードの曲で静かに歌い上げます。
YUKIさん上手いです♪

Disk Two
03.「masquerade」
セクシーな歌詞にドキッとします。Aメロがミュージカルみたいです。

08.「BOY MEETS GIRL」
個人的にこのアルバムの中で一番好きな曲です。
ものすごく元気をくれる曲。

09.「CRAZY GONNA CRAZY」
明るい感じで楽しくなってきます。
