一言でＡＯＲと言っても人それぞれ色んな好みがあると思うのですが、このペイジスのファーストのことを嫌いというＡＯＲファンはいないんじゃないかな。ジャジーな繊細さとロックの力強さ、その両方が主張し過ぎることなく見事に共存。メロウ派からポップロック派まで、全てのＡＯＲファンにアピールするレンジの広さを感じさせます。

若い頃聴いていた頃よりもずっとずっと心に残るので驚きました。
特に鳥肌ものは"Come on home"。何ていい曲なんでしょう。
メロディラインの美しさ、繊細なヴォーカル、たまりません。
届いた日から毎日毎日繰り返し聴いています。今も頭のなかでは
"Only a dreamer"のイントロがこだましています。

伝説の名盤が復活！Mr. Misterとして８０年代に大ヒットを飛ばしたリチャード・ペイジの原点がここに。定番のAORですが、どの曲も文句なしの出来。必聴です。
