浜省の今までのベストは、編曲し直して生まれ変わった曲ばかりでしたが、このアルバムはすべての曲がその当時の声、音で、初めて聞いた時は涙が出ました。ファン以外は聞いてもそんなに感激しないかもしれませんが、一曲一曲その頃の自分を思い出して懐かしめる、そんなアルバムです。

浜田省吾のベストアルバム。 ファンでない方でも一度は耳にしたことがあるであろう曲たちが満載。 「もうひとつの土曜日」「星の指輪」名曲ですねぇ。 やっぱ何度聴いてもいいです。

ぜひ押さえておきたい一枚です。

この人の才能は歌詞じゃないかと思います。
もちろん、LOVE TRAINなどから続いている、
ポップな才能もあるんですが、
やはり歌詞じゃないでしょうか。

この人ほど、日本の音楽の動きを上手く捉えている人はいないと思います。
2はフォークであり、『ボブディラン』が出てきます。
3はフォーク~ニューミュージックであり、

後追いで聴いている自分にはハイファイセットなどが一緒に浮かんできます。
6の様な爽やかな曲も時代らしいなと。
そして8や10では時代との関連を歌に入れていきます。

タイアップ全盛になる頃にはしっかり12を売っていますし、
年を重ねるごとにリスナーに寄り添って、
大人のバラード、大人のロックを見せていると。

曲もそうですが、歌詞がやっぱり的を得ているのではないでしょうか。
確かにこれは『ヒストリーアルバム』としてよく出来ています。

個人的には6,7,13,15が好きです。
13,15は本当に大人のバラードで素晴らしいと思います。
