自作の曲が少ない気がするが。チャレンジングな部分は皆無か？
この人には音楽的には過激でいてほしいなあああ。
社会的にえらくなっちゃった模様。和製ＡＯＲチック。

先行シングル「Ｓｔａｙ　ｗｉｔｈ　ｍｅ、」がシングルとしては久々に超弾けてたんで、このアルバムに期待が大きかった。
そして届いたアルバムは…
前作「２０００−１」は最初に弾けまくって中盤から静かに終わる作りだったに対し、「ＩＮ　ＡＮＤ　ＯＵＴ」は、静かに始まり弾けて終わる逆のパターンで作られていた。
しかも勢いがあるのは最後の４曲で、なんかテンションが上がりにくいアルバムだった。
冒頭で先行シングル「ＩＮＳＩＤＥ」当初はなんて暗い淋しい曲をドラマの主題歌に持ってきたんだと全然好きになれなかった。ドラマ自体も暗かった。しかし今聴くとなんて優しい曲なんだろう〜すごく好きになってます。詞が最高です。
「死体のように」はタイトルにインパクトがあるけど普通に聴けます。
一番話題となったのはチェッカーズの名曲「裏通りの天使たち」のリメイクは嬉しかったです。静かな曲は結構パターンがあって似たりしてないところがいいかな。
そして最後の４曲は文句なしです。フミヤが本当にＯＵＴしてます。
この頃僕自身フミヤにアップテンポを求めていた気がします。そしてフミヤも次の年ついにあの「ＣＬＵＢ−Ｆ」をリリースすることになります。
