購入当初、「サウンドトラック集」と銘打たれていたので、
純粋な楽曲だけが入っていると思っていました。

しかし聞いてみると、映画版の内容をCD向けに収録したもので、
いわゆるドラマCDです。声優の声も音楽も、ビデオと比べ物に
ならない位、身近で、リアルに迫ってきます。

作品を「音楽面からも楽しませたい」と言う趣向ですが、

純粋に曲だけが入ったものが欲しい人とは、好みが別れそうです。

サントラということで純粋に楽曲が収録されていると思って購入しましたが、
なんのことはなく、映画をそのままCDにしただけのものです。
純粋に音楽だけ聴きたかっただけに残念です。
先にレビュー見れば良かった…

私はPCで火垂るの墓の録画ビデオを再生して、その音声だけを聞きながら他の作業をやっているのですが（映画画面は見てない）、それと全く変わりませんでした。
内容もまったく一緒、何か音響がすごくなってる！とかもありません。
それなら映画だけで良いよ…と個人的には思いました。

アンチっぽい意見になってしまったけど好きだからこそ、映画と変わらないのががっかりでした。

このＣＤを聞くまでは、「映画なんだから、サントラがビデオやＤＶＤにかなうわけがない」とタカをくくっていた。ところが、である。「火垂るの墓」のサントラを聞いたとたん、脳裏にあの映像が蘇った。泣けた。一緒に買った「火垂るの墓」の絵本と一緒に見たら、さらに泣けた。本当の「火垂るの墓」ファンの方は是非聞いてみて欲しい。ＣＤウォークマンがあればどこでも節子ちゃんに会えるのだから。
