アニメが使う曲でこんなにヒットしたのはありません。
ジュディ・マリ、イエモン、T.M.Revolution、ＳＩＡＭ・ＳＨＡＤＥなどなど･･･。川本真琴さんの１/２はかわいくてかわいくてIt' gonna rain!　もなんかこうノリのいい曲で･･･。他に入っている曲も個性的な歌声で盛り上げています。

とにかくこんなにヒットする曲を使ったなんてやはり「るろうに剣心」のアニメは素晴らしいです。

るろ剣の唯一の主題歌集です。第一期のJUDY AND MARY「そばかす」から始まり、劇場版のED、アニメタル「永遠の未来」までありますが、その半分が今では解散したり名前が聴かれなくなったアーティストであり、希少価値も高いと思います。(制作の都合によりラルクのED、劇場版のOP、またオリジナルストーリー編のOP、CURUIOの「君に触れるだけで」、ED、和泉容の「ダメ!」は未収録。)また、アニメタルのキャライメージ曲がロック調で仕上がっているので、ぜひ一度聴いていただきたい曲です。目を閉じればあのOP.EDシーンがよみがえってきますよ。

内容と無関係のテーマソングが多いとはいえ、これだけの豪華なアーティスト陣のＣＤがありましたでしょうか？！
ラルクのEDのみ入ってないです。これ以降にOP,EDともに１曲ずつ出ました。
それ以外は、OP,EDが全曲入ってます★
テレビでは流れなかった、アニメタルの曲も良いです♪
