トラッドフォークのバンドかと思っていたが、なかなか奥が深い、ポップスバンド。サウンドは、声質が良く似た二人の女性ボーカルの自然な掛け合いに、ピアノ、チェンバロ、ベース、ドラムが要所にからむ、大変躍動的なものだ。曲は、くだけたロックンロール風あり、コクトーツインズ風の耽美っぽいもの、一緒に歌いたくなるような元気ものと、バラエティに富んでいて楽しい。

アイルランド出身、２人の女性voを擁するフォークバンド。このバンドで唯一のアルバムである。トラッド風味が効いたその楽曲と、気品漂う女性デュオのヴォーカルラインが複雑に絡み合い完成度の高い出来に仕上がっている。特に#3がお気に入りで、女性vo物ゴシックがやりそうな、しっとりと、はかないメロディの極み！！じ~んときちゃいます。素晴らしいアルバムであり、これ一枚というのがとても残念ですね。

とりあえず仕事中は聴きたくない音楽である。絵本の中にいるような幻想的な気分になるので、そのまま仕事をしたら取引先の人に「僕これから冒険に行くんだ！」なんて言いそうになるアルバム。アイルランド特有の旋律と、２人の女性ボーカルのコーラスの交差が非常に気持ち良い。ガチガチのアイルランド民謡の音ではなく、ピアノがメインの音作りをしているので、バイオリンの音色が好きな人はちょっと物足りないかも。また７０年代のロックが好きな人であれば、抵抗無く聴ける音。お香をたいて、照明を一つ落として聴いてたら気持ちよくてそのまま寝ちゃった！的１枚。
