　デビュー15周年を記念して発売された２枚組のベスト盤。初期の作品から最近の作品までバランスよく網羅されているので、ファンのみならず全く聴いたことのない人にとっての入門盤としても最適。

　また、音質も良好。ベスト盤によくありがちな初期の作品と最近の作品との間に生じる音質のムラは全く感じられません。きっと、リマスター作業を手抜きをせずに施されていると推察されます。

　収録曲を楽曲提供者別に見てみると、とても豪華な顔ぶれ。小室哲哉さん、伊秩弘将さん（「SPEED」をプロデュース）、小林武史さん、木根尚登さん、大江千里さん、そして岡村靖幸さんなど。中には楽曲提供にとどまらずに、アレンジや作品のプロデュースにも関わっています。

　J-POP界を代表するトップ・クリエーター!の才能と歌手・渡辺美里の才能が融合して完成した作品たちは、これからも時代の荒波によって色あせることなく、いつまでも輝き続けることでしょう。

　非常にインパクトのあるアルバム・ジャケットにも遊び心が感じられてgood！

ベスト盤としては、シングルだけではなく良質なアルバムカットも網羅されていていて、美里さんの15年間の軌跡を紹介する非常に良い選曲だと思う。あれがない、とかこの曲も入れて欲しい、というのは個人の好みだと思うのであまり言いたくないのだが、でも１つだけ・・・
なぜ『君の弱さ』を入れてくれなかったんだろう？今のところシングルで発売され、どのアルバムにも入っていないのはこの曲だけではないだろうか（もし違ったら誰か教えてください）？『10YEARS 』と同A面で発売され、当時確か『世界不思議発見』のエンディングテーマとして使われていたこの曲。名曲なんです。もう1度きちんと聞きたい。

「肩肘張らない曲が聴きたい・・・」
そんな思いから、渡辺美里から遠ざかっていた時期があった。
10代の蒼くて酸っぱい青春というイメージと、
世界に問いかける人間の心の中の空洞部分というイメージと、
それが合わさったようなようなイメージと・・・。
好きこのんで聴いていた時は、
ひとつの曲（シングル・アルバムを問わず）を繰り返し聴いて、
自分の心の中に、歌の世界を投影させて、
それはそれは、自分の中に閉じこもっていた時代。
でも、自分が成長するにあたって、
渡辺美里の歌の中から訴えかけられるような、
こぶしを挙げる様な世界に、ちょっと疲れを感じていた時もあった。
しかし、このベストを聴いて、久しぶりに渡辺美里に触れたとき、
「ああ~肩肘張ってたのは自分なんだ」とわかった。
歌の中に広がる素敵な詩は、元気も勇気もたくさんくれる。
それでいて「こうでありたい」という目標もくれる。
自分の心に、素直になって、もう一回うなずけるきっかけをくれた、
大切なベストアルバムである。
