「Danger Danger」のギタリストとして活躍したテキサス出身のスーパーギタリスト、アンディ・ティモンズが1994年に発表した記念すべきファーストソロ。いわゆるスーパーギタリストと比較しても十分に勝負になるテクニックを誇りながらも、なぜか無名な存在でいるのが不思議なプレイヤー。実際、多くのバンドやレコード会社からのオファーを固辞しながら独自の音楽活動を続けている理由は、「あくまでも自分のプレイスタイルを押し通したいから」とのこと。そんな現在では珍しいギター職人だけに、ギター好き人間にとってはそれだけでも必携のアイテムと断言できます。メンバーはMike Daane（ベース）、Mitch Marine（ドラム）。

ハイテンションでご機嫌なリフで始まる「Carpe Diem」、不慮の事故で早逝した同郷のスーパーギタリスト、スティーヴィー・レイヴォーンに捧げた「I　Remember Stevie」、日本人好みの泣きのフレーズテンコ盛りの「Cry For You」など、ほかの方々がご指摘のようにまさに「捨て曲なし」の素晴らしいアルバムです。いわゆるテクニックだけのギタリストはたくさんいますが、かつギターを歌わせるギタリストとなると意外に少ないように思えます。露出量が少ないため低い知名度に甘んじているアンディ・ティモンズですが、まだ彼のプレイに触れたことがない人は、この機会にぜひ！

まさに「Ear X-tacy」。
初めてアンディ・ティモンズのギターを聴いた時衝撃が走った。
僕がもっとも影響を受けたギタリストだ。

ただ、録音がイマイチなので星4つ。
