このアルバムでバート・バカラック&キャロル・ベイヤー・セイガーのソングライターコンビを知りました。
主題曲は当然良い曲ですが、二コレット・ラーソンのFool Me Againはそれ以上に良い曲だと私はずっと思っているのですが。
都会の夜の高速道路を滑るように走っているときのBGMとしてこれ以上のものはないと思います。

クリストファークロスのヒットで有名ですが。バートバカラックの作曲能力の高さとキャロルベイヤーセイガーの作詞能力の高さに度胆を抜かされるアルバムでもあります。

今聴くとそれがかなり鮮明にわかります。スティーブンビショップも歌っておりまして、なかなかいい味を出しています。

＃５＃６＃７＃８がインストなのですがバカラックの知的なセンスが出ている曲です。朗らかさとともに広がりをも感じさせます。

なんだかスィングアウトシスターを聴いているみたいです。彼女たちはかなり影響を受けていますからね。ほのぼのとしたバカラックサウンドが聴ける。１０点中７点。
