ジーザス・アンド・メリーチェインの作品の中で一番好きです。多少打ちこみ系の音になり、「サイコ・キャンディ」のような耳をつんざく様なノイズではなくなっている事が、ポップなメロディを正当に際立たせていると思います。要は聴きやすいという事。そういう音は批判され易いが、この作品の完成度が非常に高い事は聴けばすぐに分かります。１stと２ndを経て方向性が固まったという感じの作品です。

ボビーをクビにしてメンバーを探すのもかったるい。
とりあえずリズムマシンでやってみる？

･･･びっくり!ボビーよかヤリ手やん!このマシン!

って勢いでデキたアルバム？憶測でスマン。

1stの雰囲気は損なわず、違う魅力も見え隠れする1枚。
