声や歌い方、英語の発音が好みでない人もあるかと思われますが
楽曲はどれも素晴らしく、アレンジも松岡直也らしさがよく出ています。
ブラジリアン・ポップという表現がよく似合うアルバムです。
こういった曲調には阿川さんの重すぎないヴォーカルがよく似合います。
先入観にとらわれずに聴けばどっぷりと楽しめるはず。

下のいくつかの意見とは全く逆です。とにかく素晴らしい！このアルバムの楽曲をミエミエの歌唱力勝負の方がお唄いになったら・・ぶるぶる
ときちゃうかもしれません。阿川さんはワン＆オンリーのウイスパーボイスなんすから・・
演奏はというと・・癒しだかなんだか知らないがその辺でボサとかサルーサとかラテーンとかかましてるお兄ちゃん達には是非聴いてもらいたいホンモノの音が聴けますよ！あのね、ウィッシングのおじさん達がこれ録音したのみんな位の年齢だったかもよ・・まさに驚異！
今の人達にこれが演奏できるとは到底思えない。
特にドラムは・・・って「ポ○タさん」だったの？？（誰でも知ってまんがな・・笑）

表現が、なんか古臭い言葉で表したくなるような・・・アルバムです。
当時、ものすごくヒットしていたようですね。

あたしが聴いた感想は、懐かしくて当時の「おしゃれ」ってゆう雰囲気が漂ってきます。ジャズボザの元祖的な阿川さん。。。。あたしは好きですが。
