ジャミロクワイの４作目。70年代のソウルのエッセンスをふんだんに取り入れながら、古臭くなくシャレたサウンドにまとめるセンスには脱帽です。前作よりもさらにキレが増しつつ、シンセ・打ち込みを多用しながら機械臭さがないのもアレンジの勝利か。年齢層を問わず広くお勧めできる稀有な一枚です。

「キャンド・ヒート」は「Virtual Insanity」（「Travelling Without Moving」収録）に並んでヒップでクールなダンスナンバー。あの曲に惹かれて次のジャミロ作品を探されているならオススメできる。
これを車中で流すとドライヴのムーヴ感は各段にアップする。作品全体もキャッチさと高揚感に溢れ、メロディの良さが引き立っている。
ジャミロの作品はなるべくアルバムまるごと聴く機会が欲しい。曲と曲の繋がりがアグレッシヴ。次がどんな展開になるかを期待し、こう来るかと楽しさを覚えられる。そしてとんとん拍子に軽快に聞ける。

英語あんまり分かんなくても思わず口ずさんでしまう程乗れるイイ曲ばっか！！！

でもって、jkの発音がキレイすぎてスゴイ。

ほんとこれはハマった。

ロックだったりファンクだったり、よく分かんないけど、とにかく結構パンチ効いたサウンドで攻めてくるんだけど、メロウな曲もあって奥が深い。もう、スルメみたいにしゃぶり尽くしてやって下さい。
