デビュー当時から現在までの代表曲がほぼ全て網羅されている。元春フリークにとっては歴史的な金字塔であり、これから付き合ってみようかという人にとってはまちがいなく最良の手引きとなるアルバム。

２枚組アルバムだが、いわゆるメジャー的な曲と、ファン向けな曲という具合に分けられて収録されているようだ。友達同士でドライブに行く時には１枚目を、一人、部屋でじっくり聴く時には２枚目を、という選択もいいかも。

今の日本で、最も攻撃的であり、楽観的であり、革新的でタフなアーティストの一人である佐野元春。そのリマスタリングされた作品を耳にするたびに、我々は息を飲まずにはいられない。

　佐野元春の20周年ベストアルバム。ここに収録されていない曲もたくさんある。けど、このアルバムは「忘れていた何か」を取り戻してくれるアルバムである。
　「アンジェリーナ」から「イノセンス」までのロックを走り抜けた20年。なかなかできないと思う。
　「インディビジュアリスト」「君を探してる」は新録音バージョンで、渋さを感じます。
　ほぼ全部オリジナルアルバムを持っていても、新鮮さを感じることができます。

日本のロックンロールの歴史の凝縮版のようなものと言っても過言ではないと思います。
10代~20代前半の人達にこそ聴いて欲しい。
「最も身近な”洋楽””ロックンロール”」がここにあります。
リマスタリングも施されているので、音も活き活きしています。
佐野元春の声、歌詞、メロディから放たれる強烈なメッセージを感じてください。
