リバーサイド吹き込みでライブと言うと、ワルツ・フォー・デビーが余りにも有名。ではあるけど、リバーサイド録音の掉尾を飾る本作も、名作の名に相応しい名演。ここでベースを弾いているのはチャック・イスラエル。ラファロや後任のエディ・ゴメスほど饒舌ではないけど、堅実なプレーでトリオに落ち着きを与えている。冒頭の"Is it romantic?"以下、親しみやすい曲が揃っているのも良い。エバンスファンなら愛聴盤になること間違いなし！
