私とラナの出会いは、正にこのデビュー作であった。このたび、数曲を追加した上にリマスターされて再発売されたことは喜ばしい限り。

とにかく曲が素晴らしく秀逸。そこにラナの正統派の力強いボーカルが見事にマッチしている。勿論、夫でもあるエリク・ノーランダーのアレンジの妙がその基盤となっていることは言うまでも無い。

本当に捨て曲がないアルバムだが、個人的にはtrk3,4,6,10がお勧め。素晴らしい曲です。またアルバムが雰囲気満点のインストではさまれているあたりも、プログレに精通しているエリクのセンスによるものだろうが、アルバムとしてのトータル感を際立たせている。
