　元MAGNUMのシンガーBob Catleyのソロアルバム。実際に曲を作っているのはTENのGary Hughesである。ソロ名義のアルバムというのはなかなか脚光を浴びにくいものだが、これは隠れた名盤である。隠れたままにしておくのがあまりにもおしいほどの名盤だと個人的には思う。憂いに満ちた哀愁のメロディ、哀メロ派なら抑えておきたい１枚でしょう。

元MAGNUMのVo、ボブ・カトレイの１stソロアルバム。ブリティッシュ・ハードの名盤との誉れ高い逸品。

ソングライティング＆プロデュースはイギリスの至宝、ＴＥＮのゲイリー・ヒューズ。

ボブ・カトレイの深み、温かみ、そして情感溢れるジェントリーな歌唱と、ＴＥＮで実証済みのゲイリー・ヒューズの卓越したソングライティング術が見事にマッチした、極上のメロディック・ロック・ワールドが、これでもかとばかりに繰り広げられる様に、のっけからぐいぐいと引き込まれていく。

アメリカ系のカラッとした音像と異なり、メロディ自体に湿り気を帯びているブリティッシュ・ロックの中でも、この叙情メロディの充実ぶりは見事。

オープニングのロックチューン＃１「Dreams」〜バラード＃３「Far　Away」まで殺傷力は強力極まりない。＃２「Scream」など何回リピートしたことか･･･。

ボブ・カトレイもいい歳こいたおじさんだし、決して見た目に華があるタイプではないが、「見た目よりも中身でしょ」というアナタにはまさにうってつけ！

暖かく包容力溢れる歌声がアナタを待っている･･･。

う~ん。これはいい!　ボブ・カトレイの歌はうまいし、曲もいい。アルバム全体を通して「哀愁」が漂っています。TENのファンは必聴です。2枚目のライブも、なかなかいい!　ヴィニ-・バ-ンズ頑張っています。正に一粒で二度おいしいアルバムです。得した気分!!
