このジャケットイラストに写っている女性のモデルは、声優の坂本真綾さんだったりする。
実は、レアな真綾アイテムだったりします。
ジャケットを描かれた川元利浩さんが、氏の画集でコメントされていました。

色々とサントラＣＤが出たので、今更このＣＤを購入するのは微妙かもしれませんね。
ＣＤ-ＢＯＸを購入したファンなんか特にね。
とはいえ、ファンとしては外せれないアイテム。

どうもここにレビューを書かれている方とは感想が違うようですが…。
確かに「Want it all back」や「Green Bird」もいいんですが、
私としてはsession＃10「ガニメデ慕情」に使われた曲「ELM」だけで
じゅうぶん元を取った感じです。
本編を観てなくても、究極に切ないBGMとして通用すると思います。

カウボーイビバップのファンが、
ビバップの作品中にでてくる印象的な曲、
を期待して買うのであればいささかがっかりするかもしれない。
しかしよく鑑賞してみれば、
最も多様なジャンルを盛り込んでいる一枚であることに驚かされる。

ビバップファンの方は、
「American Money」
スパイクたちがよく見ていた懸賞金首情報番組、Big shotで流れていたあの曲！
「Green Bird」
スパイクが教会から落ちるとき使用されていた、天使の羽が目に浮かぶような心あらわれる一曲！

などもあるため余裕があれば買って損はないだろう。

また、個人的には、
「The EGG AND You」が気に入っている。
サントラ一枚目に収録されている「The Egg and I」が、
ピアノになって非常にかわいらしい！！
