ＳＨＵＵＢＩの作品は好きになってしまうと底なしにハマってしまう。
それだけに万人受けするものではないのかもしれない。

だけれども、ＳＨＵＵＢＩの歌詞の世界はストレートだけれども
単純じゃない。歌詞を聞く自分の気持ちに合わせて
その表情をいくつにも変える無限の広がりがある気がする。

そんな歌詞が、あのアーティストに似ている…などと例える事のできない
まさにＳＨＵＵＢＩ、という繊細だが力強いメロディにのせて歌われていく。

今回のアルバム『ＳＨＵＵＢＩ』もそんなＳＨＵＵＢＩの世界満載で、
また更なる進化を感じれるものになっている。

最終的にどのような評価をするかはその人次第だが、
一度もＳＨＵＵＢＩの作品を聞かずに終わってしまうにはあまりにも惜しい。

収録曲のどれか1曲は貴方を切ない思いにさせてくれるはずだ。

私は『愛の詞』で彼女の存在を知って、七年前に買ったアルバムが忘れられず幾度となく聴いていました。当時二十歳前の私が唯一きいていた女性アーティストで歌の上手さと彼女の持つ雰囲気に惹かれていきました。それから最近になってアルバムとミニアルバムが発売されていることを知ってすぐさま購入して聴いてみると七年前のあの感動が甦りました!やはり彼女の歌声は私に必要だということを。ハジマリノウタから春夏秋冬まで聴いてお腹一杯です!歌詞が以前より直接的で素直な感じがしました。一時はリリースが無いので心配しましたが活動を続けていたことに本当に喜びを感じました。これを機により彼女のファンになりました。

　ハジマリノウタが大好きで、何度も何度も聴いています。心のそこから愛せる曲です。朝が明けてくる予感、希望、すごく気持ちがよく救われます。みんながこうなったらいいなとか、希望をもち始めたときのなんともいえない、夜明け感にあふれています。大切な曲になりました。Shuubiさん応援しています。これからの活動、がんばってくさい。祈っています。
