ピート・サントベリのボーカルは線は細いが、楽曲には非常に合っていて好印象です。コーラスや編曲の面でもネオクラに通ずる物が多々あり、心揺さ振られる物がありますね。路線は決してハードではありませんが、クラシカルなロックが聴きたい方にはお勧めできます。

　北欧はスウェーデン出身のハード･ロック･バンドの、’９９年発表の３rd。
　ポップでキャッチーなメロディの楽曲は、BON JOVI、EUROPEといった、８０年代に全盛を築いたハード･ロック･バンドを彷彿とさせる。EUROPEのカヴァー14は、的を射た選曲だが、ちょっと堅実過ぎるともいえよう。
　むしろ評価したいのは、クラシックの名曲12である。原曲の雰囲気を壊さず、ハード･ロック色にアレンジされ、見事に表現できている。
　演奏もしっかりしており、質の高い良作なのだけれども、やはり全体的には堅実過ぎる観は否めない。
　堅実以外の魅力が欲しい。
