YMOの最初のワールド・ツアーの模様を厳選して収録したライブ盤。契約上の理由で渡辺香津美のギターのチャンネルが全てカットされたが、結果としてYMOの持ち味がより濃厚に出ているのでそれはそれでよかったと思う。「東風」「THE END OF ASIA」「中国女」は圧巻。ラストに日本での凱旋の模様をちょこっと入れるなど当時のYMOの雰囲気がそのまま伝わってきてなかなか興味深い。会場の臨場感をそのまま詰め込んだいいライブ盤だ。
