ギター１本でただただ歌う。このシンガーの真価はやはりこのスタイルで光る。あらゆるものを殺ぎ落とした後に唯一残るものがこのアルバムには存在する。天国と地獄を味わったものにしか出せない凄みと深みがすばらしい。３）４）はファンだけの公開ライブテイクである、本アルバムのすべてはこの２曲に凝縮されている。いったんスターダムから下山した彼が本当につかんだものはまさしくこれ。ほとばしるリリシズムが美しすぎる。４）の１曲で己のすべてを表現できるピーターフランプトンはただものではない。(10)
