　エイドリアン､ルディ、トミーそしてヴォーカルのロン･ヤング。ヴォーカルがデビッド･カヴァーデールだったら、当時のホワイトスネイクになっていたであろう布陣。しかし「だったら」なんて考えも吹き飛んでしまうぐらいこのバンドは素晴らしい。代役は必要ないとまで思ってしまいます。1曲目から畳み込んでくるフックのあるギターと、ユニゾンで絡んでくるロンのヴォーカル（フツーは逆なのに、そう思ってしまいます）。これだけでもエイドリアンの並々ならぬ気迫が伝わってきます。
　エイドリアンが手の故障で悶々とした辛い日々（おかげでSLIP ON THE TONGUEは作曲のみで演奏できなかったし）を、一気に吐き出すかのようなギターが詰まっています。現在はヴァンデンヴァーグの再結成とかで休止中らしいのですが､再び活動再開を願っています。時々､彼のインタビューを読むと、バンドが消滅していないようなことをコメントしているので､一枚でも多く売れて､その火を消したくないと切に願います。それだけこのアルバムは素晴らしいということ。60年代~70年代の骨太なロックが好きな人はぜひ、買って聞いてみてください！
　ちなみにジャケットはエイドリアンによるもの。才能豊かですね。

このバンドは、トミーアルドリッジ＝ドラム＝元ドライヴァー／ホワイトスネイク／エイドリアンヴァンデンバーグ＝ギター＝／ルディーサーゾ＝ベース／ロンヤング＝ヴォーカル＝元、現？リトルシーザーからなるヴェテランたちによる音楽をと言って良い。サウンドはギターがごりごりでうねり中心の展開なのだ。古き良きロックがもっていたあの興奮をここに蘇らせた。でも楽曲がやや平均的。１０点中６点

ほんともったいないね！このメンバーでこの楽典。でも全然知名度無いだよね。簡単にいえば、70年代のブルースハードロックです。ちょっとジミヘンよりかなあ。ギターの音もストラトだし。エイドリアンといえば、マイケルシャンカーちっくなギターで有名なんだけどここでは、ジミヘンしています。非常にベーシックな王道ロックなんだけど、やっぱ古いんだろうな！おじさん達には、とても安心して聞ける音です。演奏力も全然問題無し。いいアルバムですよ。
