クリストファー・アモットのプロジェクト１st。これはデスメタルというよりはスラッシュメタルだ。「エターナル・デバステーション」発表時のデストラクションに近い。アーク・エネミーとは違いギターもノーマル・チューニングだから尚、そう思う。

このアルバムで彼の実力が露になったといえるだろう。ギターソロはマイケル・シェンカー並の実力だ（確かこのアルバム発表時、クリストファーは19歳だった）。もっとリフが練られていれば更に楽しめたであろう。初めて聴いた時は、とにかく天才ギタリスト出現を喜んだ。

1997年リリースの、Amott兄弟Christopher(弟)のバンド(プロジェクト)による1st。
相変わらず凄く綺麗なGuitar Soloを弾きます。YngwieやUli、Michael Schenkerなんかの影響を強く感じますね。
Arch EnemyよりThrash Metal寄りなMelodic Death。影響を受けたギタリストが近いせいで、イチイチ癇に障るくらい快感フレーズが連発です。
Christopherは完全にSide Projectだと言い切ってはいるが、是非とも来日公演が観たいとこですな。
