最後の２曲がＬＰ時代のＢ面です。この２曲のインプロビゼーションには圧倒されます。特に「Fracture」の後半にかけての盛り上がりは、聴いていて自分の気持ちが高揚してゆくのが分かります。圧縮していたテンションが爆発すると、一気に聴き手のハートが飛び出してゆきます。この進行の手法は、前アルバムの「イージーマネー」、この後のアルバムの「スターレス」に共通しますが、中でもこれは頭一つ飛び出しているのではないでしょうか。このアルバムと前後の合わせて３枚は、是非お手元に置くべきでしょう。
ちなみに最近のアルバムで「Fractured」という曲がありますが、「Fracture」のフレーズを繰り返して早弾きしています。Fripp先生も愛着がある曲なのでしょう。
