いまいち地味ですがDOWN BY LAWは1枚でもいいので持っててほしいバンドです。新しいアプローチなどは少ないですが、かたくなに80年代後期〜90年代初期辺りのパンクを守ってる職人気質な感じ。デイブの歴史を感じれます。こうゆうデイブみたいな人がいたから今のようなトップチャートに入れるパンクバンドがあるんやで。疾走感はあるけど浸れるアルバムです!

どうもこのバンドあまり人気ないらしい。epitaphのバンド好きだよって人からもfavorite bandとして聞いたことないし。
しかし、僕はこのバンド大好きだ。なぜならアルバムごとに最低でも一曲は心にガツンとくるものが入っているから。このアルバムでは「burning heart」「question marks & periods」が良い例だ。
是非一度は聴いてもらいたい。そんなアルバム。
