純粋で若々しく(歳は知りませんが)、そして優しくて懐かしい。
壮大で美しい自然の風景を想像します。
これを聴きながら田舎の風景の中を車で走ると
とっても気持ちいいだろうなと思います。
4曲目のトランペットの音もすごくいいですね。
なんだかこの音楽にぴったりの場所に今すぐ行きたい！と思います。
6曲目は切ないですね、私の心も切ないです。
ヴォーカルのMike KinsellaはOWLSとCAP'N JAZZとJOAN OF ARCでドラムを叩いています。また、OWENと言う名でソロアルバムを出しています。

とにかく美しい。本当に美しい。

全編にわたって貫かれた青さが聴き終えたあとに、胸のなかに暫く残る。
そしてもう一度聴く。絶対。

エモとか、ポストロックとか、そういうジャンル分けで括ってしまうことすらもったいなく感じる程に、ただただ純粋に美しい音楽がこの作品には詰まってます。

落ち着いたビートに身を委ね、暖かく切ないギターのアルペジオとメロディーの波にたゆたう。
これ以上何を望みましょうか。

大名曲「Never Meant」聴いて泣いちゃって下さいな。
