　友人とドライヴする時、必ずこのアルバムをチェンジャーに入れていきます。初めてこのアルバムを聴く友人は必ずと言っていいほど、Trk.6を聞き終えたあたりでこのＣＤについて好意的に質問してきます。彼らのキャリアの中で大きな分岐点となったＤ−Ｆｏｒｅｓｔｅｄに続いた作品で、より万人受けする作風に仕上がったものですが、それも心地よい変化でした。近作では、原点回帰を指向している彼らですがこの頃の音も捨てがたい魅力があります。前述のTrk.6は、個人的には彼らのBest Tuneだと思っています。歌詞もカッコいいですよ！

前作アコースティックサウンドのライブ盤「D Frosted」が大ヒットしたことを受けて、また元ＡＳＩＡのマンディ・メイヤーをパーマネント・メンバーに迎えて製作されたアルバム。前作の影響を受けてか、随分ソフトでアコースティクな響きに満ちたサウンドが印象的。

それまでのZEPPあたりを髣髴とさせる正統派ハードロックバンドから、以降のボン・ジョヴィあたりと比較できるようなメロディック・ロックバンドへの転換期の作品とも言える。

Trk1.4.6あたりの爽やかなメロディはスイス出身の彼らならでは、だし、お決まりのカヴァーも、The Moveの全英No.1シングルをtrk5で取り上げるなど、ファンサービスも徹底している。

それにしても、スティーヴ・リーのヴォーカルは素晴らしい。サミー・ヘイガーばりのシャウトに、デヴィッド・カヴァーデイル顔負けのソウルフルな歌い回しと、全てをオールラウンドにこなせる彼の歌唱力がこのバンドの音楽性の転換をこれほど成功させたのだろう。
