1970年生まれの私にとってピンク・レディの全盛期は小学校の低学年でした。小学校の廊下にも彼女たちのポスターが貼ってあったことを思い出します。当然、イントロだけである程度の曲の見当はつきますし、このＣＤの最後に入っているＣＭソングも懐かしく、薄っすらとですがＣＭの映像がよみがえってきました。30年たっても色あせないピンク・レディの曲に非常に興奮しました。また、一寸だけノスタルジックな気持ちにもなってしまい、満足感と共に慕情感も感じてしまうのは私だけではないのではないでしょうか？同世代の方や一寸上の世代の方はもちろんのこと、若年層の方にも1970年代後半の社会現象を作った二人の女性を見てもらい、後世まで語り継いでいただきたい。本当にそう思えるＣＤでした。

このCDの売りはなんといっても最後のCMメドレーでしょう。欲をいえば宝石箱というアイスクリームのCMも入っていて欲しかった。

シングルのヒット曲はもちろん、当時レコードだったB面の曲やザ・ドリフターズが人形劇で登場していた番組の主題歌「スーパーモンキー孫悟空」も収録。これは絶対、買いです。
