いきなりコレから聴いちゃうと、きっと「あぁー……。」とか思っちゃって、さっさと売り払ってしまう人も、広い世の中にはいるのかもしれない。確かにパブリックな意味での「スパイダースらしさ」は余り感じられないアルバムであり、ましてオリジナルが１曲も含まれないこれが最後のアルバムともなれば、期待して聴いてみてガクッ、となっちゃうのも仕方のないところではある。

ただ、ここまでアルバム何枚か、何年分の音を聴いてきて、すっかり気に入ってしまってる人であれば、ここに記録された音のそこかしこに、隠しようのない《スパイダース的なもの》を、きっと感じ取れるはずだ。ロケンロールのカヴァーといっても普通にやる気などさらさらない、そこがスパイダースのスパイダースたる所以（ゆえん）ナッシンバラ反動、である（意味不明）。
各ヴォーカル陣の中では、ムッシュも好きにやってていいのだが、（もともと歌手として加入したので、このあたりの曲はレパートリーにしていたはずの）イノヤン（井上尭之）のノリが抜群にいい。
