Japanese reissue & the worldwide CD debut of this original album by the hard rock/ AOR group. First released in 1983, it wound up being the band's only outing. Contains all 10 cuts from the original release, plus the original cover art. 1999 release.

SAGAやALDO NOVAの成功を受けて、当時のCBSソニーでは日本盤の発売も検討されたがお流れになったとのこと。この内容で日本盤が出ていればもっと知名度があった存在になっていたはず。
このアルバムのウリはやはり「Stars」、そしてこの曲のクライマックスのボレロのバックで泣くギター。「Used to think I'd never fall in love」のせつなさも心に響きます。
音づくりはALDO NOVA的です。１人プロジェクトの中心人物Jeff Cannataはドラマーですがマルチプレイヤー。
Special ThanksにALDO NOVAやJEFF BOVA（セッションKey奏者として有名）の名も。

ジェフ・カンタナという人がどんな人なのか明らかではないが、
（実はライナーノーツにも「ジェフ・カンタナについての詳しいデータは実は定かでない」と書かれている）
ＫＡＮＳＡＳ、ＢＯＳＴＯＮ等アメリカン・プログレ・ハード好きな人なら、
必ずやハマること間違いない作品である。
残念ながらアークエンジェル名義のＣＤはコレ１枚だけであるが、
全編にわたりさわやかなメロディ・ライン、美しいコーラスの目白押しである。１９８３年の作品。
