どれを購入しようか迷っている人はこれがいいと思う。その理由は３点。
１。４枚のアルバムから選曲され、４枚組ベスト「Only Time」より値段も手ごろ。
２。記載されてないけれど、日本盤にはBonus Track17「Oiche Chiun (Silent Night) 」（きよしこの夜）アイルランド語が入っていました。しかも私のはゴールド色のdiscです。
３。5.オンリー・イフ／12.ペイント・ザ・スカイの２曲は、他のアルバムにはない新曲。

他にたとえようのない心地良い、最良の音楽。あまりに良いので秘密にしたいくらいです。

エンヤの大ヒット曲を集めたベスト版。POPなものから美しいヴォーカル、センスのあるインストゥルメンタルがもりだくさん。
ここに収録されている「ブック・オブ・デイズ」はゲール語ではなく英語で歌われているもので、大人気。
新曲「オンリー・イフ」はこれでもかというほど多重ヴォイスがつかわれていて、多分エンヤの曲の中で一番元気な曲だろう。

「ペイント・ザ・スカイ」はまさに星空をイメージさせる曲で、鐘のような音が美しく静寂の空間を醸し出している。
エンヤ入門として最適の一品。

ひとりの人間が作り出す音が重なることですばらしい広がりを見せる。
「ちょっと音が欲しいなあ」というときにぴったり。
何かをしていてもそれを妨げず、じっくり聴くならそれも良し。
私の結婚式でも使いましたが特別なシーンでも◎。是非おためしあれ。
