　名ギタリスト、STEVE VAIとも活動を共にしていた、カナダ出身のギタリストの、’９８年発表のソロ・アルバム。
　軸となっている、怒号のようになだれ込むノイジィでヘヴィなサウンドを、シンフォニックな華麗で上品なサウンドが優しく包み込んでいる。こんな唯一無二の個性的な音作りは外では聴けないであろう。
　そんな癖のあるサウンドだが、へヴィ・メタル風は勿論、ジャズ風あり、童謡調ありの、バラエティに富んだメロディのあるポップの楽曲がとてもユーモラスで、親しみやすさを生んでいる。
　ただ、その独自のサウンドに拘り過ぎたか、やや一本調子に聞こえる部分もある。もう少し抑揚をつければ、そのサウンドが更に際立ったと思う。
