　THE　JAM、THE　STYLE　COUNCILも素晴らしかったが、ソロになっても新しい一面を見せ続けるWELLERの挑戦意欲に脱帽する。地味な印象がするかもしれないが、聴き込む度に味が出るというようなベストアルバムである。
変化し続ける挑戦するロッカ-、ポ-ルウェラ-の今後に益々期待が高まる。

ずっと、長い間ポールの活動を見てきた者にとって、これぞウェラーの
真骨頂！と言いたくなるような中身の濃い内容だ。
ポールを知らない人にこそ、この一枚を聴いてほしい。

このベスト盤はポールが契約枚数を満たすためにリリースしたらしいが、とにかくすごい内容だ。９０年代のポールがいかに充実した活動をしていたのか、再確認させてくれる。全曲英国のロック・クラシックになるであろう名曲のオンパレード。新曲も収録されている。「BRAND NEW START」なんかはポールのシブさ満開の大名曲だ。英国ロック入門編に最適。
