大音量でかけていてもいつのまにかウトウト････Steven Halpern の音楽には高ぶった神経を癒やしてくれる不思議な力があるようです。ストレスの多い毎日をおくっている人にはお薦め。

このCDを知るきっかけとなったのはショップに置いてあったCD＆DVDのパンフレットでした。
「Chakra Suite」では期待はずれで飽きてしまいました。２・３回では分かりませんが、
聴く回数を重ねることで「Chakra Suite」よりも心や体、精神をリラックスさせてくれる
ことと思います。前作とは思えますが、作者が試行錯誤していてバリエーションにとんで
います。実験的なサウンドで心に残るメロディーがないのが残念です。
