めでたく日本デビューを飾った一枚♪肝心な曲はというと、素晴しい出来である！！1曲目はオペラらしさを感じるインスト！それに続く2曲目はサビのコーラスが耳につく疾走曲！3曲目はクラシカルな面が見えるミドルテンポの曲！4曲目がサビで間違いなく泣きが入る完璧なバラード！もう先の4曲でノックアウトされてしまう人も多いのではないだろうか？5曲目はオペラを思わせるフレーズがイントロに組まれ聞き応えがあるし、6曲目はストラトヴァリウスのティモ・トルキがギターソロを弾ひいている、また、ブラインドガーディアンのハンズィ・キアシュも参加している！7曲目はギターソロのツインリードのメロディーが泣ける疾走だし言うことないですよ！！新人らしさが抜け切らない作品だと思いますが、楽曲に関しては文句なしです！

このアルバムを聴いたときの衝撃は今も忘れません！
求めていた音、すべてをやってくれていましたからね。
かつてのHELLOWEENやGAMMA RAYのメロパワ直系のこの若きバンド率いるTobiはその後メタルオペラ「Avantasia」で大ブレイク！今ではメロパワ界の中心人物です。このときはまだベースとボーカルを兼任しているTobiですが、その後ベーシスト加入でボーカルに専念。さらに磨きがかかっていますのでそちらのチェックも忘れずに。

僕はEdguyの最高作はこのセカンドアルバム（日本デビュー作）だと思っている（Hellfire Clubもそうとういいできだが）。何か１枚Edguyを聴いてみたいと思っている方がおられるなら、ここからはじめてみてはいかがだろうか。
