１９９８年リリース。ビリーシーン率いる伝説のバンド：タラスの地元バッファローでの一夜限りのリユニオンコンサートを収録（１９９７年１１月２９日）・・・さすが地元という事で、観客の反応も凄いです。バンドも非常に楽しんでプレイしている感じで、アットホームなコンサートだったと思います。メンバーは、ビリーシーン（Ｂ・Ｖｏ）・デイヴコンスタンティーノ（Ｇ・Ｖｏ）・ポールヴァルガ（Ｄｒ・Ｖｏ）のオリジナルトリオ・・・トリオ編成ながらギターバンドという事にはならず、基本的には曲・アンサンブル重視のバンドで、その中でオリジナリティ溢れるベースが幅を利かせる（笑）と言う独特のトリオです。とにかくビリーシーンが凄いですから、しょうがないのでしょう（笑）。正直タラスの曲は認知度が低いので、ローカルバンドの延長的な印象は払拭出来ません・・・デイヴリーロスバンドで有名になった「ＳＨＹ　　ＢＯＹ」は、突出していますが。５・７曲目は幻のサードアルバムのマテリアルで貴重ですが、あまり印象には残らないのが正直な所。個人的には、１３曲目キングクリムゾン「２１世紀の精神異常者」にこのバンドの底力を垣間見ました・・・流石クラブサーキットで鍛えたバンドで、ここまでトリオでやってしまうとは本当凄いと思います！！１６曲目には、ビリーからのメッセージを収録。１７曲目は日本盤ボーナストラックで、セカンドのアウトテイクのようです。このＣＤは結構仕様が豪華で、ブックレットはなかなか見ごたえがあります・・・ビリーの赤いロンドンブーツは必見、笑えます！!！ビリーシーンの成功があってこそのライブアルバム・・・ファンは勿論マストです！！
