　'98年に突如発売された、今では入手困難になっているシングルのB面の収められていたライブ・バージョン9曲と、'86年に発売され当時賛否両論だったシングル曲“Turbo Lover”の、更にファンを困惑させたリミックス・バージョン10の、計10曲入りコンピ盤。
　何といっても嬉しいのが、1のライブ・バージョンです。HM史上最強バラードの1つである1を、若きRob Halfordの美声で思い存分堪能出来ます。この1と2のライブ・バージョンは、「UNLEASHED IN THE EAST」（'79）や「PRIEST...LIVE!」（'87）の2枚の公式ライブ盤には収録されてなく、更に先日発売されたCD4枚＋DVD1枚のボックス・セット「METALOGY」にも入っていません。（もともと未発表曲の少ないボックスですが。）
　収録曲が一部ダブっていることと、選曲自体が特にベストではないので、初心者よりも中級者向け。ある程度PRIESTのアルバムを聴いた後に購入し、じっくり（？）楽しみたいアルバムです。

ジューダス・プリーストは、自分達で“型”を創って、それをまた自分達で壊してということを繰り返して進んで来たバンドだと思う。
そんな彼らは、パワー溢れるライヴに真価を発揮する訳で、長くその魅力をシングルに収めて発表し続けた。それのコレクションである本柵は魅力的だ!!

このCDの最後にアルバム＜Turbo＞時代のシングルも入っている。(10.ターボ・ラヴァー(ハイ-オクターン・ミックス))これはスタジオ録音だ…発表当時('85年頃)は随分賛否があった、シンセギターを使った曲である。私はこの曲が気に入っている!!今聴いても旧くない!!そういうところに、ジューダス・プリーストの恐るべき力を感じる…
