二十数年前、私が、大学時代を過ごした横浜で、バイトが、終わったあと、良く、ディスコに通いました。
当時、良く使われていた、ディスコのソウル・ダンスミュージックをＡｍａｚｏｎさんのサイトで見つけ、思わず購入してしまいました。
さっそく、自宅で聞いて、踊りだしてしまい、当時、大きい鏡の前で、みんなで踊った事が懐かしくよみがえりました。

ディスコというと『ばかにされる』。ソウルというと『尊敬される』。

おかしな方程式。クラビネットがちゃかぽきちゃかぽきしていたバンド。踊ることが＝儀式のようななにか＝そうそうそう黒人はまさに＝踊る時に＝『コミットしている』＝『自分を没入させている』。ＫＣはまさに明るく没入なのでした。酒乱な同僚のカラス神父は最近クラブは行かないそうです。乱闘事件で鼻を折ったからです。しぇきな。

私はビルボード誌で1位を飾った曲ばかりを集めて聴いていますが、
こうしたベスト盤はまとめて集めるのに非常に効率がよいです。
しかもこのベスト盤のように歴代のナンバーワンが全部収録されていると嬉しい限り。

そして他の曲も何気なく聞き流していると、
