とても好きなバンドです。特にこのアルバムが気に入っています。
来日されたときは必ずライブに行ってます。
ただ聴き手によって評価が大きく分かれるバンドだと思います。
全曲インストです。
音色・曲調・リズムなど全体の印象はDark・Heavy・Deepの三つです。
一つの曲の中で起承転結がいくつも入れ子状態になった構成です。
プログレというより映画音楽に近いのではないでしょうか。

例えば、
　　Lou Reed 　 　 「Berlin」
　　Kate Bush　　　「Dreaming」
　　mogwai　　　　　「come on die young」
　　DJ Shadow　　 「Endtorducing」・「Preemptive Strike」
なんかが好きな人はどっぷりはまれることでしょう。
逆にこのバンドが好きな人には上記アーティストがお薦めです。

詩映像ならぬ詩音楽を”観てている”感覚。自然に頭に風景が浮かんできて一つのストーリーになる。イマジネーション豊かな方ほどこの音楽を楽しめるんじゃないか。そんな気がします。モグワイのお気に入りバンドで、僕はモグワイ→ゴッドスピードという感じでこのＣＤを買ったのですが、モグワイのように曲の沸点に期待する音ではなく、淡々と流れていくメロディーに身をゆだねる。ゆだねざるを得ない。ＣＤが回るのを止め、ふと気が付いたら、そこは元の世界です。 そんな感覚を味あわせてくれる
