　これまでBON JOVIがヒットさせてきた名曲とはあきらかに趣向が
違う。だから、BON JOVIファンが聞いても気に入るひと、そうでないひと
と、意見が分れると思う。
　でも、僕はこのアルバムはすこぶるお気に入りだ。「かっこいい渋さ」
この一言に尽きる。そのポイントはメロディーに高音はあまり入れず、

わざと低音でメロディーをつくっているところにあると思う。
　本家のアルバム「Crush」でいえば、「two story town」「mystery
train」「she's a mistery」に近い。
　落ち着いたBON JOVIが好きなひとにはツボかも！？

いろんな人が言ってるように、BON JOVIの音を期待して聞くと、「ん？」ととまどうかもしれません。
実際私も最初はこのアルバムの良さがあまりわからなかった…
歌い方も、ダークだし、曲も暗いし。
JONの内なる欲求を満たすために作った、そんな感じかなあ？

最初は良くても、何回か聞いたら飽きちゃうＣＤって結構あるよね。そういうものとは対極にある、いぶし銀みたいなアルバム。
JONの曲作りのセンスは、本当に素晴らしいと改めて感じた。

Johnが作った歌だし、Johnが歌ってるんだけど、やっぱりBONJOVIとはちょっと違うアルバムです。でもそれが結構いい！ロックもバラードも程よく入ってるし、やっぱ歌詞がいつもと違うな。いつものBONJOVIより個性が出てて、聞いて損はしない内容だと思います。ほんと、車の中で聞きたくなる感じ。できればアメリカのロードムービーに出てくるような道を走りながらがおすすめ。（そんなとこ行ったことないけど。）

はじめはあまり好きではありませんでしたが聞き込むほどに１曲そしてまた１曲と好きになり今ではbon jovi絡みでＮＯ１のアルバムです。
