彼らが契約を結んでいたワーナーレーベルより発売された３rdアルバムまでの
３枚のアルバム＋日本未発売の「You Need a Mess of Help to Stand Alone」
より選曲されたと思われる日本独自の企画によるベストアルバム。
ベストアルバムにありがちな無難な選曲ですがラストに名曲、
「クリスマス・デイに生まれて 」（シングル盤は日本未発売）を
もってくるあたりが心憎いし素敵です（笑）。
彼らは現在でも地味に珠玉のポップソングを次々と提供してくれていますが
９０年代のクラブシーンを振り返ると、特異なポジションを占めていたというかUKバンドの
なかでも、かなり面白い存在だったと思います。それでいて人気もありましたし。
これからもコンスタントに良質のポップアルバムを発表してくれることを切に願います。

なにはともあれ、このベストアルバム、恥ずかしいくらい名曲揃いですね（笑）。
素敵です☆

彼等のポップセンスって素晴らしいっすねえ。ベスト盤だとそれが良く分かります。口ずさめる打ち込みサウンド．．．モー娘と一緒じゃん？？（苦笑）
