Skid rowのサードアルバム｢サブヒューマンレース」(名盤！）に伴うツアーの模様を収録したミニアルバム。
セカンドからファストな１曲目、パンク調な５曲目、ヘヴィな６曲目。カヴァーミニアルバムから、ジュ-ダスプリートのカヴァーの２曲目(たまにロブの声が！）、ラモーンズのカヴァーの四曲目、んでサードの中でも特にヘヴィな３曲目と言った感じである。

ファーストからの曲がないのが寂しいが、演奏の熱さでカヴァー出来ているのが凄い！六曲しか入っていないのが本当に残念！
最後にメンバーからのメッセージ付き。
