もう５０代後半になってきました。昔のロック、プログレ好きで、
古いＬＰが１００枚くらいあります。彼の３部作、そして何枚かのＬＰ。
青年時代は、すり切れる位聴いていて、建築の学校卒業と同時に、
関心というより余裕がなくなり、距離ができました。

４０超えて　遙かなる地球の歌、そして、このＶＯＹＧＥＲ
再度　はまり始めました。

何か、日本人の琴線に響く趣があります。今は、すべて、
Ｉ−ｔｕｎｅに入れていて、芸術より遠く離れた戦い、仕事の頭から
リセットする為に聴いています。　良い音楽は和ませますね。

オールドフィールドは１ｓｔ「チューブラベルズ」から３ｒｄ「オマドーン」あたりまでが最高で、まあ人によってはもう少し後、呪文、クライシス、プラチナムあたりまでが良くて、後はだんだんつまらなくなると言われているようです。

だいたいそのとおりだと思いますが、これはひとつどうでしょうか。オーケストラをフューチャーしたラストの大曲は力がはいってますが、それよりも残りの曲のほうがいいです。ケルトのトラッド曲をアレンジしたものや、その線にそって作曲された曲がちりばめられており、なかなかいい味だしてます．同じケルト・トラッド・ロックのアイオナの諸作とくらべると、ボーカルがなく、メロディーがシンプルで、音が電気的な分、ややイージーにも聞こえますが、シンプルではあって!!も十分魅力的なメロディーラインなので、ケルト好きな方やトラッドのメロディーが好きな人は肩肘はらずに、かけっぱなしにしておくといいのでは？
