　わかりやすく、思わず一緒に歌いたくなるようなメロディと分厚いコーラスが印象的で、良い曲満載のハードポップの見本市のようなアルバム。昔よく聴いていたせいもあってか、疲れている時に聴くとホッとしますし、「また頑張ろう」と元気が沸いてきます。全体的にアメリカンな雰囲気が濃いですが、下品なアホッぽさがないところも好感が持てます。
　演奏もとても上手く、特にギタリストの腕前はなかなかのものと思われます。ギターサウンドもコシがあり、線の細さを感じさせないところも良いと思います。
　本当に全曲シングルカットしても良いような出来で、時々ふとこのアルバムの曲のメロディを口ずさんでいる自分に気づかされることが多いです。
　私はネルソンのアルバムはどれも好きですが、この作品と（本当は２ｎｄとして発表されるはずだった）３ｒｄアルバム「イマジネイター」だけは外せません。
　メロディアスハード、ハードポップが好きな人のみならず、音楽が好きな人なら誰でも楽しめるアルバムだと思います。ドライブの時のＢＧＭにも最適！。

華麗なる系譜、中心メンバーのネルソン兄弟は超美男子
バックを固めたメンバーはツワモノ揃い
やってる曲がハードポップと完璧すぎで文句ないです。

特に１曲目。これ最高。感涙モノのアコースティックロック
ナンバー。初めてこの曲をラジオで聞いた時
洋盤店で即買いでした。その他のアルバム収録曲も
どれをシングルにしても売れそう（当時）な

ものばかりで、もうこれは「ハードポップの最高峰」と
いってしまって良いでしょう。ヴォーカルの歌唱力もあり
演奏力、録音状態も特に文句ないです。

日本版ボーナスの１１曲目は
何かの日本のお酒のＣＭで使われていた曲だったと思います。

著名なおやじさんを親に持つ＝すでに他界＝のサラブレッドな二人の兄弟のバンド。やっているのはやはり、スティックスやハートやナイトレンジャーやトトやフォーリナーやＲＥＯスピードワゴンのようなアメリカンハードポップである。彼等の魅力とは透明感のあるコーラスワークとめりはりのあるブレットガーストのキラリと光るギターだ。清涼感のあるリチャードマルクスみたいな音楽がすきならこれも行けると思います。ほんとにバランスが取れているアルバムですべての全国のアメリカンロックファンにおすすめする。
