This is a production rife with odd pairings: English actor Daniel Day-Lewis joining up with the Mohawks; James Fenimore Cooper adapted by Michael Mann; disparate composers Trevor Jones and Randy Edelman teaming up. This last pairing seems a suspicious attempt to endow the score of this modern film adaptation of a junior high school literary evergreen with both a golden age of Hollywood dramatic bent (Jones) and a '90s-slick guitar-muzak veneer (Edelman). やっと見つけました。Fort　Battleといえばヒクソンでしょう。
この曲の為だけに買いました。損は絶対無いっす。
迷わずおすすめ。

メイン・タイトル曲がヒクソン・グレイシーが東京ドームで試合をしたときに入場曲として使用されて有名となりました。その後、グレイシー姓の選手がPrideなどに出場するさいにも使用されています、滅びゆくモヒカン族の悲哀を描いた本編にあわせたセンチメンタルな曲調が一度はまるとぬけだせないような魅力があります。
