　ウディ・アレンの傑作映画「Everyone Says I Love You」のサントラ。なんとウディ・アレン、エドワード・ノートン、ジュリア・ロバーツ、ティム・ロスほかの俳優陣の歌が聴けます。バックは本格的にジャズ・バンドで、映画の時代背景にあわせて1930年代風の音楽でまとめられています。バンドやヘレン・ミルズ・シンガーズがサポートして「古きよき時代」らしい暖かい雰囲気を出しています。しかしそれにもかかわらず、俳優陣の驚くべき歌唱力の低さのため、続けて聴くのは苦痛でしかありません。大好きなジュリア・ロバーツの一音たりとも合っていない歌には失神しそうになりました。音楽としては限りなく屑に近いです。殆ど完全に映画ファンのミーハー向けサントラと言っていいでしょう。
　ところで、バックを担当しているディック・ハイマンは映画とのかかわりがあまりなく、8本程度の映画にかかわっただけ、しかもそのほとんどがアレン作品です。どちらか言うとスタジオ・ミュージシャン、アレンジャーなどとして活躍してきた人のようです。
