   69年1月の『ゲット・バック・セッション』の風景を追った同名ドキュメンタリー映画のサントラ盤として、70年5月にリリースされた。そのセッション自体が、昔の自分たちに戻ろうというコンセプトで行われたため、このアルバムに入っている曲の大半はファーストアルバム以来のスタジオライヴ形式で録音されている。
   メンバー間の人間関係が悪化していた時期だったことも手伝って、何となくギクシャクした印象のアルバムだが、アップル・ビル屋上でのライヴ録音曲では久々に息のあったバンドサウンドを聴くことができる。（星野吉男）

Let it Be Nakedのリリースによって再び脚光をあびるようになった
このアルバム。ともすればフィル・スペクターによってメチャクチャ
にされてしまった、との意見を助長しそうなムードだが、数十年間
この形ですでに十分な評価を得てしまっているので大丈夫だと思う。

というわけで、私はこのアルバムはとても好きなのだ。ポールはク

リエイターとしてフィルのオーバープロデュースに怒るのはもっと
もだと思うし、それで今回のネイキッドが出たのは望ましいことだ
とも思う。だけど、この作品はとてもうまくまとめられていると思
う。

なぜなら、ビートルそれぞれが生きた人間ドラマをこの作品から強
烈に感じるからだ。同名映画を観たので、よけいにそう感じるのか

もしれないが、ともかく音楽が好きでたまらない4人がビートルズ
という枠の中でもがいている姿が感動的だ。

とにかく、初期衝動と終末感、希望とか夢とか、いろんな要素があっ
てビートルズのアルバムの中でもとりわけ味わいが尽きない。

ラストアルバム。ジャケットが皆長髪で印象的ですな。プロデューサーがフィル・スペクターで、The Long And Winding Road をオーケストラ編曲としたことで、ポールが激怒したというが、私はこちらのヴァージョンの方が断然好きです。Get Back も本作収録版の方が好み。
その他、本作に収録されている曲は、何れも秀逸で、私はビートルズの作品では最も好きです。

最近出たネイキッド盤を聴いて、それではっと本盤を聴きなおしてみて惚れ直した。ネイキッド盤では大幅に改善された音質と、ストリングズが入ったロングアンドワインディングロード以外は全てこちらの方が勝っている。それは本作には、曲の前後にメンバーの会話が入っており、それが非常に有効な演出、効果音になっているからである。雑誌でしきりにネイキッド盤がいかにオリジナル盤より優れているかが延々と書かれているが、それは販売促進の役割を担っている評論家連中のおしゃべりとして聞き流した方が無難。最近ビートルズを発見して、これからオリジナル盤を買い始めようとする人には、絶対こちらを先に聴いて欲しい。
